Materiality & Form
Batik Cotton Blend & Asymmetric Hem
Hand-drawn authentic Indonesian wax-resist patterns on structured matte cotton, dyed with organic indigo and mahogany bark. Stepped layering with sharp angular panels gives fluid movement while maintaining modest full-body proportions.
Concealed interior placket closures and reinforced bar-tack stitching, finished in deep charcoal, raw sand, mocha and chalk — derived from sustainable non-toxic botanical extracts.
To become a pioneer of Indonesian Wastra-based modest fashion globally.
Delivering innovative, contemporary and ethnic designs crafted through sustainable processes.
We prioritise women breadwinners without stable employment, and open atelier placements for new graduates — pairing seasoned artisans with an adaptive young generation.
